The muscles in our body require exercise to be strong & flexible, as does the muscle of our mind.
Our mind needs discipline like a child or else it wreaks havoc building momentum like a speeding train in any given direction only stopping when there is a crash.
This is not personal, it’s just how it works but you have the choice to choose which thoughts gain momentum, hence choosing your life experiences and relationship to those experiences.

That said, meditation is not a “one size fits all” practice. As a matter of fact, a meditation technique that might be incredibly healing for an individual can be extremely detrimental to another.

In classical applications of meditation, it is expected that the aspirant (student) commits to a practice for three complete moon-cycles (roughly three months) to experience the benefits of the prescribed practice. It is my recommendation that we connect after each moon cycle.
- Initial 60 minute consultation
- 2x 30 minute check in’s

- 1 X 30 minute final integration session at the end of the 3rd Moon Cycle

Your personalized practices will be shared as a private YouTube link and any other recording formats available with your personal technology
